Pool Resort Port Douglas provides accommodation with access to Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest tours. The resort features a 185-meter central swimming lagoon. St Crispins Cafe is approximately a five-minute walk. Macrossan Street is a six-minute drive, and Four Mile Beach is a 10-minute walk. The resort is 65 km from Cairns. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 3:00pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. The tour desk team can assist with exploring the region.

Ground-floor apartments feature terraces with pool access. Some apartments feature a private internal courtyard with access to a heated plunge pool and patio overlooking the golf course and mountains. Apartments accommodate a maximum of four guests with two Queen beds or one Queen and a King split bed. Three-bedroom apartments accommodate a maximum of six guests and include one King, one Queen, and King split beds. Split-level apartments feature a balcony overlooking the pool and private stairs down to the pool deck. All air-conditioned apartments have fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, and 20 channels of cable TV. Each apartment includes linen, towels, and a starter pack of amenities including washing powder, toiletries, tea, and coffee. Some apartments are located on upper-level floors with stair access only.
